Purpose
Use this article to understand how to reset a forgotten or expired ClaimDeck password. If your organization authenticates through SAML SSO, the steps here will not apply and you will need to reset your password through your identity provider.
Instructions
If you are unable to log in to ClaimDeck, begin the password reset from the login page. If your organization signs in using SAML SSO, your password can only be reset by your organization’s IT team through your identity provider.
- On the login page at https://app.claim-deck.com, click Recover Account.
- You will be asked to provide your email address in order to associate which account needs a password reset.
- You will be sent an email from noreply@claim-deck.com with the subject line "Reset Your ClaimDeck Password." Click the Reset Your Password link in the email to create a new password. Note that the link can only be used one time and has a limited lifespan.
