Purpose
Learning how to activate your account will allow you to access matters within ClaimDeck.
Instructions
When an account is created for you in ClaimDeck, you will receive an email from noreply@claimdeck.com with subject line "You're in. Take Control. Get started with ClaimDeck." The email may also display information about the specific matter to which you were added, if appropriate.
Click Onboard to ClaimDeck and you will be redirected to complete a short 3 page account activation experience.
Page 1 - Enter Personal Information
- The Company Name and Permission Level will be prefilled by your Admin and cannot be changed.
- Your First Name and Last Name will be prefilled, but can be modified to fit your preferences.
- Complete as many of the other fields as you prefer - this information will be visible to other organizations that add you to matters, so you should only enter information that is not confidential.
Page 2 - Enter Contact Information
- Enter your Primary Phone Number.
- Your Email Address has been set by the admin and cannot be changed - if this is incorrect, please contact the ClaimDeck admin within your organization.
Page 3 - Create Password
- You will be requested to create a new password and enter it twice. When you do so, confirm that the password meets the ClaimDeck password requirements, which may include a minimum number of characters and certain character types.
- When complete, click Create Account.

Q: How do I set up a login for additional users?
A: Add the Attorney as a Contact within the claim you would like them to access. In the contact choose Grant Access to the Claim and they will receive an email to create their account. See more information here: Contacts: How to Manage.
